Headmaster’s Message – April 4, 2019

April 3, 2019

Friday 29th March, 2019

– – – – – – – – – – – – Dear Parents, Carers, Friends, Staff and Students of St Patrick’s College,

I write to inform all members of the St Patrick’s College community of my intention to access a period of Long Service Leave throughout Term 2 and part of Term 3, 2019. This leave will provide an opportunity for me to refresh and enjoy some time away from the busyness of school life.

I will be away on leave from the beginning of Term 2 until Friday 16th August.

Throughout my absence, Mrs Elizabeth Ryan, Deputy Headmaster Staff and Student Wellbeing, and Mr Stephen Hill, Deputy Headmaster Teaching and Learning, will coshare the responsibilities of Headmaster. In addition, Mrs Julia Petrov, Director of Studies, will assume aspects of the role of Deputy Headmaster. I have great confidence in all our staff at St Patrick’s College to continue their excellent work in helping raise fine boys to the status of great men.

I wish all members of the St Patrick’s College well for the upcoming holidays after what has been a long, but rewarding first term. There have been many wonderful developments and achievements in the first quarter of the year and it is also invigorating to be witness to so many wonderful stories of individual and group success.

I pray that the Easter season is a time of great hope and joy, filled with the good news of the risen Christ. I also offer a special prayer for our Year 12 cohort as they continue the final year of their academic journey at St Patrick’s College.

Yours Sincerely

Mr John Crowley

Headmaster
