Catch-up for Classes of 1973 & 1974 planned in November

Former classmates from the Class of 1974 and their partners are planning to get together for the year again at Ballarat’s Red Lion Hotel Sports Bar, in Main Road, Golden Point on Sunday, 9 November 2025 commencing at 1pm.

Former classmates from the Class of 1973 and their partners are also invited.

Organiser Shane Pianta (SPC 1973-74) is hopeful of a big turnout at the informal get-together.

“Let’s make it a big occasion to celebrate the year of 2025 and Christmas for 2025,” he said.

“It is an occasion to also celebrate over 50 years since finishing secondary school at SPC. It is a time to reminisce about our time at SPC and what we have achieved since departing the school education system.”

Please RSVP to John Nicholls (SPC 1971-73) on email at jnicholls@parade.vic.edu.au (for Class of 1973) and Shane Pianta on email at s.pianta57@gmail.com (for Class of 1974) no later than Sunday, 2 November 2025.

Drinks and snacks can be purchased throughout the afternoon at your own cost, and if accommodation is required, please contact Sovereign Park Motor Inn or the Red Lion Hotel and mention that you are attending a SPC get together for a possible discount.
