For the Year 7 boys who will be on camp on the day of the photographs and students who were absent for individual photographs an alternative time has been arranged on Monday February 15. Students are to bring along their envelope on the day of the photographs and hand it directly to the photographer. Any boys who do not return their envelope on this day will need to deliver their envelope directly to David Torrington msp photograhy and their address is listed below. In 2016 only Year 7s are to receive vaccinations. Parents of older children may be aware that in previous years vaccinations were given to students in years 7 to 10. However, the vaccine program for secondary students has been simplified this year so that all vaccines will only be offered to Year 7 students. This includes:

-¢- – – – – – – – – – Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine -“ three doses

Parents of year 7 students will receive the vaccine consent card booklet that will be sent home this week with your son. You need to read, complete and return Part A regardless of whether your child is being vaccinated at school.

Schools are authorised to provide parent/guardian contact details to local councils for this purpose. Contact St Patrick’s College by 29 February 2016 if you do not want your contact details given to the City of Ballarat.
