KRC update – August 25, 2016

Book Week celebrates Australian authors, illustrators and the best books published for the year. Organised by the Children’s Book Council of Australia (CBCA), this year’s theme is Australia! Story Country and we have lots of different activities in the KRC this week and next.

You too can be involved as we would love our SPC families to nominate the book they think is an Iconic Aussie story. Click here to submit your entry! Click on this link and nominate a book/story. We’ll add your suggestion to our display and your son/sons will receive a participatory prize.

Congratulations to Jeremy Coad for his winning entry to our Book Week logo competition. Jeremy’s logo is our official logo for Book Week and is used extensively in our displays throughout the KRC and on our website.
