Issues in the Media – Using Language to Persuade

The KRC has a range of resources that support students in their studies of issues in the media. These resources help students understand the context and background of an issue. There are also summaries of the arguments for and against and the implications of proposed solutions to an issue. These can all be accessed from this page.: Issues in the Media

Year 12 English students are currently preparing a persuasive speech on a selected issue in the Australian media. These resources are particularly useful when preparing for such a task.
