Melbourne Experience

As we enter the final phase on the term, the Middle School students are about to embark on the keenly anticipated Melbourne Experience. Pastoral Tutors have briefed the boys as they prepare for their first day next Tuesday the 14th of June. I take this opportunity to remind the boys of the College expectations outlined in their camp agreements and encourage them to enjoy the experience within the parameters expected. Those students traveling by train are reminded to be mindful of other train patrons and to be respectful of others in the community when on display in their uniform.

Semester One Exams

As you read these the students have completed their examinations for Semester One. Hopefully all of the studying and preparation has placed the boys in good stead and students achieve the best possible results for their effort. A special thank you for all of the staff who supervised the exams as well as the respective Heads of Faculty for their organisation of the exams. I am sure everyone has earned a well-earned break!

Extended Learning Update

– Year 9C and 9E have been in the workforce in our veggie garden (though I’m not sure Rhys and Nathan would agree!!). A great initiative of the College and a great opportunity for the boys to do some meaningful work in the College Garden.

I hope that all students and staff have an enjoyable Melbourne Experience and that the holidays are a relaxing and safe time for all after such a busy term!

Kindest regards,

Mr Ross Wise

Director of Middle School
