Term 3 Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews

As previously advised, the Parent/Student/Teacher interviews for Term 3 will be taking place on Tuesday, August 18. Given the current challenges in meeting face-to-face these interviews will be online or via phone calls only. Throughout the day, teaching sessions will be shortened to 20 minutes with a view to commence interviews at 1:10pm and concluding by 6:30pm. Bookings will be allocated to the Tuesday, each interview consisting of 8-minutes. Please note that only one interview per student per teacher is available for booking i.e. if your son has a teacher for more than one subject, you can only have one interview with that teacher.

Please note that students are expected to attend interviews with their parent(s).

Arrangements for Term 3 2020

Teachers will have their profile updated with a link to an interview room, which will be able to be accessed through PAM. This link will take you to the appropriate lobby for the teacher who will then give you access at the appropriate time.

Bookings

Bookings will open Monday, August 10 at midday. St Patrick’s College uses the Parent Access Module (PAM) to give parents and guardians online access to a range of information specific to their son(s). An email with your 2020 Parent Access Module (PAM) parent log-in details, username and password, was sent to you earlier in the year. You will need these log-in details to access the Parent/Student/Teacher booking section of PAM. PAM can be accessed by clicking on the link on the College’s homepage (https://www.stpats.vic.edu.au) or by going directly to the PAM site (http://pam.stpats.vic.edu.au).

A PAM parent user guide has been written to assist you with the log-in process, including forgotten login details, and to explain the key features of PAM. It can also be accessed by clicking on the link on the College’s homepage (https://www.stpats.vic.edu.au).
