The final Paddies Luncheon for 2025 was held at The Emerald Hotel South Melbourne on Friday, 5 December 2025 with 41 attendees partaking of the regular get-togethers.
It was also an opportunity for eight Class of 1971 guys to catch up with each other, following a call out by Class of 1971 College Captain Chris Minchinton inviting the cohort to the summer lunch. For one of the Class of 1971 guys, Robert White, it was his inaugural Paddies Luncheon. Robert was a boarder from Wycheproof in the Mallee region of Victoria.
All attendees enjoyed catching up with former classmates and celebrated the end of the year which has passed by so quickly. It was a pleasant afternoon enjoyed by all. Participants came from all over Victoria and Chris Minchinton came over from Perth to enjoy our Victorian summer and hospitality.
All participants are looking forward to a further four Paddies Luncheons to be in 2026 at The Emerald Hotel, South Melbourne on the first Friday of each season, commencing with the first on Friday, 6 March 2026.
