We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Old Collegian Callum Smail (SPC 2013-17, PY2018).
Callum passed away in a motorbike accident near Broken Hill in early April 2026.
We extend our deepest condolences to Callum’s family, including his parents Jamie and Bec and younger brothers Flynn (SPC 2019-23, PY2024), Hamish (SPC 2015-2020) and his sister Macala.
Callum’s funeral was held on 27 April at the Ballarat North Sports Centre.
Callum was a day student, who completed his Year 7 – 11 studies at SPC and took part in various school activities including clay target shooting and racquetball.
