  • Following on from their success at the Head of the Lake, current boarders, Regan Champley (12) and Connor Shugg (11) then went on to compete at the State Rowing Championships this past weekend and came away with two gold medals. Their attention now turns to the Rowing Nationals in Penrith, NSW, commencing on March 19. Travel safely and good luck to Regan, Connor and the rest of the College’s SPC First Crew.

  • Congratulations also to Max Daunt (12) and Michael Cappello (11) who claimed bronze in their event at the State Rowing Championships. It is a fantastic achievement after all the dedication and time they have put into the SPC Rowing Program. Well done!

  • It was our Year 8 boarders turn to be treated to a movie night with Mr and Mrs Silcock recently. All the Boarders had a wonderful night and enjoyed spending time with the Silcock’s, sharing laughs, stories and popcorn!

  • The annual St Patrick’s Athletics Carnival was held on Wednesday March 14. The focus of the day is all about participation and it was wonderful to see so many of the Boarders represent their Houses and join in with the fun and excitement on the day. Please visit our Facebook page to see a number of the pictures taken from the day.

  • Wednesday evening has seen the return of our Boarders assisting with the tutoring of refugees within the Ballarat area. The boarders offer assistance to those who do not display the same level of competency with the English language. This is a great experience for those Boarders involved and we are very proud of the difference they are making to people’s lives within this program.
